Internal Job Description – ICU Unit: ICU | Beds: 5 Ratios: 1:2 EMR: Paragon (Hospital) / Allscripts TouchWorks (Clinics) Scrubs: Royal Blue (RN) | Steel Gray (CNA) Certifications Required BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Patient Types / Diagnoses Stroke (TPA), STEMI & NSTEMI, ventilated patients, critical care drips Drips Cardizem, Insulin, Propofol, Versed, Vasopressors Equipment & Support Vents: Hamilton C-1 RT: 24/7 (leaves 6pm — 10 min call response) Pharmacy: In-house until 10pm; remote after Hospitalist: In-house Tele/Monitor Techs: Yes IV Team: None Scheduling 8s or 12s: 07:00–15:30 / 15:00–23:30 / 23:00–07:30 07:00–19:30 / 19:00–07:30 Weekends: Every other Holidays: 7 major – scheduled Floating: Med-Surg Orientation: 1–2 shifts
