Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee rehabilitation services within a hospital setting
• Manage clinical teams including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Develop and implement department policies and procedures
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize patient care and service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Hospital Director experience in rehabilitation services
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist
• At least one year of experience in a director or leadership role within a healthcare facility
• Current licensure in relevant therapy discipline (if applicable)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in clinical and administrative coordination
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
