Interim Director of Mental Health Unit

Location

Juneau, AK

Schedule / Job Type

Full-time, interim role, onsite

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate operations within the Mental Health Unit.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to staff.
Ensure compliance with state and licensing regulations.
Manage team performance and foster a collaborative environment.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.

Required Qualifications

Active license in Alaska.
At least 5 years of licensed experience in a Mental Health Unit.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Director or leadership role within mental health services.

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior interim or temporary leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of Alaska healthcare regulations and mental health standards.
