Start/End Time: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Description
Shift: 5x8/DAYS (8:30A-5P: Alternating Weekends), Length: 13 weeks, GT: 40, Start: 12/15/25 or sooner.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of Home Health experience
Experience with Homecare Homebase/Oasis documentation,
Experience with Well sky EMR and wound care would be a bonus,
