Job Summary – RN Case Manager (Primary Care) | Alaska | $125/hr

  • Start Date: 01/05/2026
  • Positions: 1
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, Days (Ethel Lund Medical Center – Primary Care)
  • State License: Active Alaska RN License required at submittal
  • Experience: Less than 1 year accepted, but must have 1 year case management experience within past 2 years
  • Certifications: AHA BLS (preferred), National Case Management cert preferred
  • Flu Vaccine: Required
  • Fingerprinting: Required — start date will be minimum 2 weeks after prints received

  • Manage SEARHC patient care and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans

  • Perform clinic nursing duties: assessments, documentation, medication administration
  • Participate in triage and emergency responses

  • Additional roles include Specialty Clinic support, OB case management, VTC coordination, and ETT referral coordination
