Shift: Monday–Friday, Days (Ethel Lund Medical Center – Primary Care)
State License: Active Alaska RN License required at submittal
Experience: Less than 1 year accepted, but must have 1 year case management experience within past 2 years
Certifications: AHA BLS (preferred), National Case Management cert preferred
Flu Vaccine: Required
Fingerprinting: Required — start date will be minimum 2 weeks after prints received

Manage SEARHC patient care and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans
