Shift: Nights, 3×12hr (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Call: None
Unit: Cardiac / Transplant / Trauma OR

📌 Requirements

2+ years of scrub tech experience (required)
Trauma Level I experience (required)
Experience in complex cardiac, transplant (kidney/liver), endovascular, laparoscopic & trauma cases
BLS (AHA only)
CST preferred
Experience in Level I or similar high-acuity hospitals
Must live 50+ miles from facility
Must have license in hand at submission
References NOT required (UW Health excludes them from profile)

📌 Skills They’re Prioritizing

CABG, valves, TAVR, EVAR/TEVAR
Vascular procedures (AAA repair, bypasses, carotid, fistulas, stents)
Trauma: GSWs, MVAs, amputations
Transplants: kidney & liver (hard stop requirement)
Robotics (Da Vinci Xi/Si)
Endoscopic procedures & general surgery
Experience with complex instrumentation & high-level disinfectant
