Description

ob Description – Audiologist (Traveler)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00a–5:00p (as needed)
Daily Load: ~8 diagnostic evaluations/day
Time Off: No time off approved unless submitted at time of profile

Key Responsibilities

Perform behavioral hearing assessments for pediatrics (BOA, VRA, CPA).
Evaluate patients needing hearing loss confirmed/ruled out.
Work with teams including Speech, ENT, Oncology.
Support students and new hires; contribute to a positive team culture.
Use EPIC for documentation.

Equipment Used

Audiometer: GSI Audiostar Pro / Pro 2
Tympanometer: Maico EasyTymp or TouchTymp
OAE: Maico EroScan

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years in pediatric audiology (behavioral assessments required).
License (Required at submission): Active AR or Compact Audiology License.
Certifications (Required pre-start): PALS, ACLS, BLS.
Health Requirements: Flu vaccine required (no exemptions), must pass fit test (no facial hair unless for religious reasons).
COVID: Not required.
