• Shift: Nights, 12 hours, 6:45P - 7:15A
• Hours: 36 Hour Guarantee
• Description: Under RN supervision, LPN assists with nursing care for patients of all ages, participates in teaching, and collaborates with ancillary staff to maintain professional nursing standards.
• Responsibilities:
  • (50%) Administers medications, performs treatments within LPN scope, participates in team conferences, provides input to RN for care plans, reports assessment changes, documents accurately, assists or initiates emergency measures.
  • (25%) Maintains nursing standards, follows hospital and Nursing Department policies, upholds patient/resident rights.
  • (25%) Accepts assignments as part of the team, continues assessment after RN’s initial assessment, carries out nursing actions per care plan, participates in orientation of new personnel.

• Submission Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience — Required
  • BLS (AHA) — Required
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Must look into housing before submittal
  • Previous travel experience — Highly Preferred
  • Profile Requirements: Work history, skills checklist (within 1 year), 2 supervisory references (within last 2 years), permanent address
  • Local restriction: 100-mile radius

• Weekend: Every other weekend
