Critical Access Hospital – Emergency Department Start Date Needed: 12/22 Region II Float Requirement: Primary to St. Elizabeth Hospital; may float to St. Clare (Lakewood) and St. Joseph (Tacoma) if needed. Float Incentive: + $20/hr when floated outside primary facility. Interview Process: Clinical profile review → Manager call interview (Melissa Irwin) Medical Solutions: Automatically deducts 1.75% WA tax – can be re-added back in. Unit Details – Emergency Department 11 beds, 1 trauma bay 35 patients/day Ratios: 4:1 EMR: EPIC Shifts: 7a–7p | 7p–7a | 12:30p–1a Weekend: Every other | Holidays required Scrubs: No color requirement Charge Nurse: Yes | No aides/paramedics/tele techs Security/Sitters: Yes Ventilator: PB980s ED Provider: 24/7 coverage RT: 24/7 | Pharmacy after hours: via HRN & St. Francis support IV/Draws: Phlebotomy & IV team (business hours) Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC Common Cases: Typical CAH emergency presentations
