We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with current professional standards and departmental policies. Responsibilities include:

Conducting patient assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans
Providing therapeutic interventions and evaluating patient progress
Delegating and coordinating tasks with supportive staff
Supervising and instructing aides, volunteers, and students as needed
Ensuring accurate and thorough documentation in patient records
Serving as an advocate for patient needs and safety

Floating Policy:
Agency clinicians may be floated to other departments where they are qualified to provide patient care before core staff is floated.
