CST Certification – REQUIRED at submission (no onsite certification).
2+ years recent OR Surgical Tech experience required.
Must meet New Mexico DOH fingerprinting & background requirements:
- Must be entered into NM DOH portal by agency.
- ORI Code: NM920160Z
- Travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while results process (with supervision).
Travel Requirement: Must live 60+ miles from Los Alamos.
