Oregon license required. Fri-Mon in outpatient - will need to know outpatient well, while having SNF or inpatient experience as this is somewhat needed. Primary location will be Brookings with floating to Gold Beach as needed. Curry has a strict deadline of 2 weeks prior to start for compliance. Compliance deadline will be 11/17 for a 12/1 start. EMR: EPIC, Scrub color: Any.
