ASAP START DATE: Candidates must be able to start by 12/5 for day-shift orientation. Night shifts will begin the week of 12/7. NO LOCALS: Candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility. Please ensure the permanent address is included in the submission file. RTO: All requested time off must be included at the time of submission. Any RTO submitted after an offer or acceptance may not be approved. Non-Billable Orientation (NBO): 8 hours Multipliers: 1.25x Call/Charge: Not applicable
