Surgical Technologist (2 years)

Description

Facility name- Tuba City Regional

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Completed one of the following pathways (documentation required):
- Accredited Surgical Technologist training program (AST).
- On-the-job training in a clinical healthcare setting.
- Military surgical tech specialty training.
Must obtain CST/NBSTSA or NCCT TS-C certification within 6 months after qualifying 3-year window, if not currently certified.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

AHA BLS – REQUIRED & must remain active throughout contract
CST or TS-C certification – REQUIRED, but may be obtained within 6 months depending on qualification path.
