**QUICK OFFER POSITION**

Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years of recent experience within specialty - Required

*AHA - BLS, ACLS certification – Required

*AZ state license or compact license – Required
*Shift - Days - 6:30AM - 7PM, currently 3 shifts per week but may transition to 3 one week, 4 the next week.
36 hours per week/3 days in a week

*No locals/50 miles radius rule
