L&D RN — Washington (WA or Compact) | ASAP Start

Start Date: ASAP
License: WA or Compact
Interview Process: Profile review by clinical → If recommended, manager will conduct a phone interview.

34 L&D beds
14 Postpartum beds
150–180 births/month
2,133 deliveries in 2022
AWHONN ratios:
- 1:2 L&D
- 1:3–4 Couplets

📋 Required Certifications

BLS, ACLS, NRP
Intermediate/Advanced FHM preferred

👶 Patient Population

33+ weeks
High risk pregnancies
Preeclampsia
Diabetic
Psych/social concerns
Positive substance use cases

🧠 Required Experience

Must have LDRP experience
Comfortable attending deliveries independently
Able to circulate C-sections
Assist with catching & transitioning the baby
2 years L&D experience required
- Will consider 1 year with strong travel history

🕒 Schedule

8/10/12 hr shifts
Block scheduling available (per contract)
Weekends:
- Days → Sat & Sun
- Nights → Fri & Sat
