Description

Facility name- Willamette Valley Medical Center

Experience & Skills Required

Orthopedic OR experience required (MANDATORY)
1–2 years minimum CST/OR experience
Must have required certifications PRIOR to start
Ability to scrub a full range of surgical cases
Must be able to float within 25-mile radius (if needed)

Certifications Required

Must have all required certifications prior to start (BLS typically required; CST preferred depending on facility policy)
