Position / Specialty: RN ICU
Shift: 3x12s, 7a-730p. No block scheduling
Call Requirements: N/A
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
ICU RNs will float between numerous ICU units including Burn ICU, CCU, Medical ICU, SICU, Neuro ICU. If needed to support staffing, ICU RNs may be asked to float to MS units. The first week (orientation and precepting shift) will be on the day shift.
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Years of experience REQ: 2 years of recent acute care experience in ICU
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Locals accepted: Yes -locals preferred. Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
Pending License accepted: No
