Unit: CTICU
Additional Info: Travelers may pick up OT when shifts are available

Ratios:

Standard 1:2
May increase to 1:3 depending on acuity

Requirements

Licensure

Active NY RN license

Experience

Minimum 2 years ICU experience with dedicated CTICU/cardiothoracic experience

Clinical Skills Required

Able to manage high-acuity CTICU patients
Comfortable floating within CTICU skillset to appropriate units

Certifications

BLS
ACLS
NIHSS

Charting

Epic required

RTO (Time Off) Restrictions

Standard facility limits apply (no specific cap provided in description)
