We’re looking for an experienced ICU/IMC Float RN ready to jump into a dynamic Arizona assignment!

🏥 Position Details

Specialty: ICU / IMC Float
Shift Options: 7a–7p or 7p–7a
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
Weekends: Rotating
Certs Required: ACLS
Preferred: TNCC, PALS
Experience Needed:
- 2 years ICU
- 1 year travel
Float Between:
- ICU Main
- ICU Overflow
- IMC Stepdown

🛏 Unit Info

ICU Beds: 16
IMC Beds: 30 (incl. overflow)
Ratios:
- ICU 1:2
- IMC 1:3–4
Population: Adult / Geriatric

🩺 Skills & Equipment

Required: ICU/Critical Care experience
Preferred: Mixed ICU, Cardiac, CVICU
Common Cases: CABG, TAVR, STEMI/NSTEMI, Stroke, Trauma, Cardiovascular, Neuro, Med-Surg ICU/IMC
Equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitoring
EHR: Medhost
