Sanford Health Chamberlain Care Center

Chamberlain, South Dakota, 57325

Position: LPN
Shift: 12-hour Days & Nights (Variable)

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Weekends: Every other weekend required
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

**Must have at least 1yr of recent experience in LTC setting.**

Candidates with below the minimum experience required and incomplete requirements will not be entertained
