Physical Therapist (PT) – Corrections | Palestine, TX

MedAdventures is hiring a PT to provide rehab services inside a correctional facility in Palestine, TX. This role offers steady scheduling, a supportive team, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a unique clinical setting.

Your Responsibilities:

Complete evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Provide skilled therapy focused on strength, mobility, and function
Track progress and update plans as needed
Educate patients on exercises and safe movement
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

What You Need:

Active (or eligible) Texas PT license
Corrections/SNF/rehab experience preferred—new grads welcome
Strong communication and clinical judgment
Ability to work independently within a structured environment
