Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers not accepted
Patient Population: Adolescents to Geriatrics
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS Required
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, SANE*, TNCC*
Travel Experience Required: Yes
Note: HARD STOP - REDIRECT FOR NO TRAVEL EXPERIENCE (DO NOT SCREEN OR PASS FOR NO TRAVEL) The ER is large and busy. Travel experience REQURIED (HARD STOP), prefer to have travelers with at least 2-3 ER contracts completed.
General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: General Emergency Department (Non-Trauma); very large and busy with high acuity; Stroke and STEMI Certified
Ratio / Census: 1:4 Ratio; 59 Bed ER averaging 165-175 patients per day
Unit Systems: Epic (required), Pyxis
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
RTO: MAX 7 days
Weekends: Every other weekend
Floating: Rare
