LPN- LTC

Shift: Night, 3×12-Hour (5:00 PM–5:00 AM; report at 4:30/4:45 PM)

Nights: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (4:30 PM for report).

Facility Requirements

Candidates with below the minimum experience required and incomplete requirements will not be entertained

• Must be licensed to work in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience required.
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Locals accepted at same bill rate.

• References Required:
  • 1 supervisor reference from the last year worked in the unit being submitted

    • Must include dates of employment
    • Include: name, facility, and year
  • Full SSN - required
  • Certifications - BLS should not be expiring in the next 6 mos
