Internal Job Description (Summary) Shift: Days, 4x10s (06:45–17:15) Weekends: Only included in call requirements Call: 20 days per 6-week schedule (minimum 2 weekends) Floating: Within facility/Main OR and Piedmont Macon North as needed Experience: 2 years minimum (first-time travelers accepted) Aya Offer: Manager has 48 hours to review after confirmation; offer depends on clinical pass & RTO guidelines RTO: Max 7 days Holidays: Traveler must work applicable major holidays based on assignment period Compliance: Full compliance required; delays result in a 2-week push due to bi-weekly orientation Locals: Accepted at same rate Orientation Hours: Based on contract length (e.g., 8 hrs for 8 weeks)
