We are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist to support their central pharmacy operations. This role focuses heavily on order verification and checking oral and IV medications for accuracy and safety.

Requirements

Pharmacist license (active and in good standing)
Experience with Meditech Expanse is required
Central pharmacy experience preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital-based pharmacy

Responsibilities

Complete order verification for inpatient medications
Check and validate oral and IV medication preparations
Support central pharmacy workflow and safety standards
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate medication delivery
