Experience and Certification Required:
3 Years of overall LVN experience in a primary care or urgent care setting.
Certification Required: BLS and IV Certified.
Shift: 8 hours between 0645-1800.
Charting: EPIC Required.
Flu Vaccination (no declinations/no exemptions)
IV/Blood Draw Certified (proficient with blood draws).
L&D experience Preferred.
