Description

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in LPN Long-Term Care
Certifications Required: BLS, PointClickCare (PCC)

👩‍⚕️ CNA Basic Duties:

Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Support residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Assist with meal setup and feeding as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Communicate resident changes to nursing staff promptly
Facility consists of 2 LTC floors; staff may float between both
EMR: PointClickCare (PCC)

General Duties (Standard LTC Nursing):

Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Perform assessments and monitor for clinical changes
Document care accurately in PCC
Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain infection control and safety standards
Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs
Support residents and families with education and communication
