Night RN – Critical Access Hospital Start: ASAP Shift: 12-hour nights Unit: ED with float to Med-Surg Facility Details: 15-bed hospital Ages: Birth to geriatric Patient Ratio: 2:1 Common Cases: COPD, diabetes, CHF, cardiac, trauma Telemetry monitoring used No in-house pharmacy — RN must mix own meds Requirements: Minimum 2 years inpatient RN experience TNCC, ACLS, BLS Active Colorado RN license at submission Experience with cardiac/diabetic drips EMR: Cerner Process: Manager interview + offer
