  📝 Job Description

Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Lebanon, TN. This role is open to both local and travel candidates.

You will deliver comprehensive in-home patient care, complete OASIS documentation, and manage weekly unit expectations. Candidates must have strong Home Health experience and be proficient with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
 

   📆 Assignment Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours/week (FT available)
• Units: 30 units/week
• On-Call:
  • 1 night per week
  • 1 weekend per month
• Guarantee: No hour guarantee; FT work available
  
  Taxable Pay

• $1,180 - 1,180 Weekly

  Non-Taxable Pay

• $1,246 - 1,246 Weekly

  Total Pay

• $2,426 - 2,426 Weekly

   🧩 Required Skills & Experience

• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) – Required
• OASIS experience – Required
• 2+ years Home Health RN experience – Required
• 1–2 years general clinical RN experience – Required
• Valid RN license (State of TN) – Required
• CPR/BLS certification – Required
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation with insurance – Required
• CHPN certification – Preferred
  
   

     Roles & Responsibilities 

• Perform in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, medication management, IV therapy, etc.).
• Complete accurate and timely OASIS and HCHB documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage a home health caseload and meet weekly unit requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations and quality standards.
  
  🎓 Education
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma – Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
