Travel RN Opportunity - Kennewick, Washington

Position Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)
Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Step Down / MedSurg / Postpartum Float
Shift: 12-hour Night
Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend shifts every 2 weeks
Call Requirements: Yes
Number of Openings: 5
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications & Skills

Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) or equivalent rhythm interpretation training
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Float Requirements: Must be able to float between Progressive Care, MedSurg, and Postpartum units
Must-Have Skills:
- EKG/Cardiac Monitoring
- Respiratory assessment and support
- Medication titration

Alcohol detox (ETOH detox)
Post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) / Hyperosmolar Hyperglycemic State (HHS)
Cardiac conditions
Gastrointestinal (GI) issues
BIPAP management

Patient Care Equipment: Standard progressive care equipment
Dress Code: No designated scrub color; standard professional attire expected
