Experience:  Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Surgical Technologist scrubbing a variety of cases including Endo, Urology, Ortho, Dental, and ENT.  Previously experience working in a Critical Access Hospital is highly recommended and preferred. Traveler will be responsible for cleaning rooms for their own cases, as well as for other cases in the department as needed.

Certifications:  BLS (American Heart Association) required. 

Shifts:  Variable day shift, dependent on the case load with no guarantee for what time the shift will end.

Call requirement:  1x per week, 1 weekend per month.  When on call, will be scheduled for the last case of the day.  There is a 20-minute on call response time. 

Dress code:  Scrubs are provided.

Orientation: Held every Tuesday, consisting of three days of classroom and one shift with preceptor.
