Description

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years MS experience required
At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred
Experience with insulin and cardiac drips
MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE
Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, WI or Compact license
Desired Certifications: None
Charting Experience Required: EPIC required within last 12 months
Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs; every other weekend; Holiday rotation
Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: Holiday Rotation
