Description

Submission requirements: 1.5 years current LD in hospital setting
BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM required
May float to MB/PP
No 1st time travelers, must have completed one travel contract in previous 12 mos
Will accept locals within 50 miles; 10% reduction to bill rate
NBO: 16 hrs
OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
On Call: $9/hr
Charge/Precept: $6/hr
Billable OT: 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked
Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran Iowa Methodist
Weekend Description: Every 3rd weekend & Holiday rotation if scheduled
Certifications: ACLS (AHA), AWHONN, NRP, BLS (AHA)
State Licenses: Iowa
