Description

Minimum Experience: 2+ years Med Surg experience
Must have recent hospital experience
Trauma level II experience required
Prior travel experience REQUIRED
Charting Experience: Epic REQUIRED
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: WI RN License and BLS
Shift Requirements: 12 hour Day/Night variables. 7a-7p/7p-7a
Weekend/Holiday: every other weekend, and holiday
Float Requirements: To all inpatient units; would be given appropriate patient assignments
On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: every other
SHIFT NOTES: 12 hour day/night rotations
