What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Valid NY RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience, with demonstrated proficiency in acute care.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring is required to ensure comprehensive patient assessment.
• Strong critical thinking skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and exceptional communication abilities.

Nice to Have Skills:

• NIHSS certification for stroke assessment (preferred)
• Prior experience working in a high-volume emergency or observation unit
• Additional certifications in advanced life support or trauma care are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in New York State
• At least 2 years of Med/Surg experience, ideally with exposure to emergency or observation units.

Other Requirements:

• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required, NO other providers accepted)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
