RN - LONG TERM CARE

Shift: 12H Days, 6:00am–6:30pm
Schedule: 3 out of 4 weeks include working weekends
Unit Notes / Important Info:
- 80-mile LOCAL placements
- Local adjusted bill rate: –$8.00
- Local adjusted OT bill rate: –$8.00
- No charge differential at Good Samaritan facilities
- No on-call or call-back available
- $500 fee if clinician backs out or quits with less than 14-day notice
- If GSS housing is used → local rates apply
Guarantee (Clinical):
- 36 hours/week for 12-hour shifts
- 40 hours/week for 8–10 hour shifts
Work Week: Sunday–Saturday
Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice
