The ideal candidate will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols and regulatory standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform diagnostic laboratory procedures including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis.</li><li>Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control and calibration.</li><li>Collect, process, and analyze specimens with precision and efficiency.</li><li>Document and report test results accurately in the electronic health record system.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent required.</li><li>Current certification as MLT (ASCP or equivalent).</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of recent laboratory experience preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>
