As an RN in Labor & Delivery, you'll play a vital role in caring for moms and newborns in a dynamic, well-equipped environment that prioritizes patient safety and comfort. Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of labor and postpartum experience
• Expertise in fetal monitoring, neonatal stabilization, and critical newborn care
• Valid certifications including NRP, ACLS, Stable, and AWOHN intermediate or advance
• Ability to work flexible shifts including every other weekend (days and nights)
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Centricity EHR
• Familiarity with common diagnoses such as gestational hypertension and diabetes
• Skilled in working with high-risk or late preterm pregnancies

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Previous experience in a Level 1 trauma center or similar setting

Other Requirements:

• Must reside 60 miles or more from Valley View to qualify for travel rate
• Scrub color: Black
