Experience

• Prefer 2–3 years RN experience
• Minimum 1 year Preferred Experience in ER setting
• First-time travelers accepted, but travel experience preferred
• RNs with relevant prior clinical practice will be considered:
  • Paramedic
  • EMS
  • Emergency-type experience
• Must demonstrate independent management of:
  • Cardiac
  • Critical care
  • Complex Med/Surg
  • Psychiatric
  • Multiple trauma patients
  • All age groups
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-risk environment
• IV skills required for ALL ages
• Telemetry experience required
• Computer charting required
• ABG experience preferred

Required Licenses & Certifications

• Active AK RN license (or ability to set start date 10–12 weeks out for processing)
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC
• ENPC (preferred)
• CPI (preferred)
• NIHSS (preferred)
• NRP (preferred)
