Minimum Experience: 1 year

- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC* (preferred)

Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring
Continuous IV sedation*

Cardiac / Emergency

Interpretation of dysrhythmias
Management of dysrhythmias

IV Therapy / Phlebotomy

Phlebotomy
Starting and maintaining IVs

Respiratory

Ventilated patients

Housing & Vehicle Information (Provided by Facility)

Housing

Facility-provided housing (typically 1-bedroom apartment)
Available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start
Must be vacated within 24 hours after contract end
No pets allowed
Units fit only the traveler; additional family requires facility approval
Unit must be fully cleaned at departure or cleaning fees will be billed

Vehicle

Facility provides a vehicle or rental
Available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start; return required within 24 hours after contract end
Traveler only may operate the vehicle
Traveler must provide:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of insurance (must include rental car coverage)
Vehicle use intended for local travel only (within 30-mile radius)
Must be returned:
- Clean
- With full tank of gas
Tire chains available at extra cost
During extended time off, traveler must return the vehicle and will be reissued upon return to work
