Description

Job Opportunity: LPN/LVN - Travel Position

Location: LaFollette, Tennessee
Setting: Rehab Center / Nursing Home (Skilled and Long Term Care)

Key Details

Shift: Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Schedule:
- No call
- No 48-hour shifts
- Block scheduling possible (request upon submission)
- Floating possible to long term care

Patient Care

Care for short term rehab and long term care residents
Patient ratio approximately 1:17
Number of beds: 17 skilled, 55 long term care (primarily skilled)
Responsibilities include rounds, medication administration, supervising CNAs, and possible wound care

Requirements

Tennessee LPN license
At least 1 year of long term care experience
BLS certification required
IV certification preferred
Experience in nursing home setting
Skills in medication pass and patient care

Additional Information

Scrubs color: Royal Blue
EMR system: Point Click Care
Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify

This position is ideal for LPNs with nursing home experience seeking a night shift travel assignment in a skilled nursing and rehab environment.
