💰 Pay: $32–$43/hr (DOE)
🌟 Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 (2-year commitment)
🚚 Relocation: Case-by-case
➕ Shift Diff: Nights +$3/hr | Weekends +$2/hr

Position Summary

As a Cardiac Telemetry RN, you’ll play a vital role in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to acute cardiac changes in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This role requires strong critical thinking, technical knowledge, and the ability to remain calm during emergencies.

🫀 Unit Overview

36-Bed Cardiac Specialty Unit
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:
- Day Shift: 4–5:1
- Night Shift: 5–6:1
Support: 1 Tech per Hall
Patient Mix: chest pain, stroke, COPD, post-op, GI, accelerated rhythms, multiple drips
Step-down from PCU and Level II Trauma Center

📝 Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver therapeutic nursing care in accordance with hospital policies.
Monitor and interpret ECGs, identify arrhythmias, and intervene appropriately.
Provide care for patients ages 16+ across adult and geriatric populations.
Identify risks and ensure safe clinical practices.
Acquire advanced knowledge specific to cardiac and step-down level care.

🎓 Qualifications

1+ year Acute Care RN experience required
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Diploma/ADN/BSN)
Active Missouri RN license or Compact RN license
BLS required on hire
ACLS required within 1 year
