Job Title<ul><li>Registered Nurse - ICU</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Newark, DE</li></ul>Schedule / Job Type<ul><li>Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care for ICU patients with conditions such as respiratory illnesses, GI bleed, drug overdose, and end-stage kidney disease.</li><li>Monitor and document patient status using Cerner charting system.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across ICU, step-down, transitional units, and surge spaces.</li><li>Perform advanced procedures including SLEDD (continuous dialysis).</li><li>Ensure patient safety and comfort during 12-hour night shifts.</li><li>Adhere to unit protocols and maintain high standards of care.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Valid RN license with Delaware or Compact license, license number, and expiration date in hand.</li><li>Current certifications with expiration dates (e.g., BLS, ACLS).</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.</li><li>Ability to work nights and weekends.</li><li>Full SSN, date of birth, and complete address required for submission.</li></ul>Preferred Experience / Skills<ul><li>Experience working in respiratory, GI, or transitional care units.</li><li>Familiarity with Cerner charting system.</li><li>Ability to float across ICU, step-down, and transitional units as needed.</li><li>Experience with continuous dialysis procedures (SLEDD).</li></ul>
