Requirements

A. Education / Licensure / Certification

Active Respiratory Therapy License – State of Hawaii (must remain valid through entire contract).
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC — required.
Current certifications:
- BLS/HCP
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
All licenses & certifications must be valid at submission and remain valid through the full initial contract.
