Patient Ratios: 2 radiation therapists per machine. Staffing: 2 Front Desk Staff 2–3 RNs 5 Therapists 2 Dosimetrists 2 Physicists 1 Dietitian 1 Social Worker 1 Director Equipment: 2 TrueBeam Linear Accelerators 1 GE CT Simulator Elekta HDR Documentation System: ARIA Schedule Requirements: Monday–Friday, start time 7:30 AM to ~4:00–4:30 PM Floating Policy: N/A Patient Experience: Press Ganey scores ~95% Hospital Credentials ACR Accredited for Radiation Oncology Commission on Cancer Accredited NAPBC Accredited Hiring Profile Required Skills (Must Have): Candidates must have all of the following: Minimum 3 years TrueBeam experience Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance experience ARIA documentation experience Advanced Skills Preferred: DIBH (Deep Inspiration Breath Hold) Procedures Performed: VMAT SBRT Surface Guidance Required Certifications: ARRT Dress Code Caribbean blue scrubs Unit Policies/Guidelines (Attach unit-specific policies or guidelines if available.)
