Emergency Department Registered NurseBusy Emergency Department with approximately 35 standard rooms and 15 additional hallway beds, plus 6 Behavioral Health ED rooms in a locked psych area, is seeking an experienced ED RN to care for a diverse, high acuity patient population across both ED and TCU beds.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide rapid triage, assessment, and emergency care for adult and pediatric patients in all assigned ED and TCU beds</li><li>Collaborate with providers and the multidisciplinary team to support safe throughput and patient flow</li><li>Care for behavioral health patients in the locked BHED area while maintaining safety for patients and staff</li><li>Document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the EMR</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active New Jersey or Compact RN license at time of submission</li><li>Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS</li><li>Flu vaccination required</li><li>Weekend requirement is every other weekend or every third weekend, depending on department needs</li></ul>
