Green Bay, WI – ICU Position Facility Highlights: Location: Green Bay, WI Level II Trauma Center Level III NICU Level III Maternity Primary Stroke Center Comprehensive Stroke Center Total Beds: 167 COVID Vaccine Required Unit Information Unit Beds: 36 Required Experience: 3 years First-Time Travelers: Considered upon review Patient Types: Multispecialty ICU High-acuity Neuro / Post-Cardiovascular Surgery / Medical / Surgical / Trauma ICU CRRT No pediatrics, burns, or transplants. Special Competency Note: Due to specialized care needs (post-cardiovascular recovery, CRRT, complex neuro), contract staff may not be assigned these patient types unless they meet competency requirements. Ratios RN-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2 Required Certifications RN: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required Skills Trachs Vents Chest tubes Vasoactive drips Procedural recoveries Temporary pacemakers Unit Support CNA Ratio: 1:12 Charge Nurse: Does not take a patient assignment Centralized tele monitoring (with tech) Bedside monitoring 24-hour intensivist coverage Mid-level provider coverage Full-time ICU educator CV coordinator Charting & Equipment EPIC Alaris Pyxis Additional Info Scrub Color: Any color Parking: Free parking located outside the inpatient entrance
