🩺 RN – Charge / Med-Surg

📍 Bangor, ME


🕒 13 Weeks | Nights | 48 hrs/week

💰 $29/hr + $1,246/wk stipends = $2,830 weekly gross (48 hrs)
💵 OT Rate: $53/hr

📅 Start Date: 12/23 – Mandatory

 

Charting / Equipment

• Cerner (not required)
• Alaris
• Pyxis

 

Certifications

RN: BLS (required), NIHSS (preferred), EKG interpretation/ACLS (preferred)
CNA: BLS

 

Required Skills

• Previous charge experience highly preferred – must note in offer if traveler has it & is willing to act as charge
• Cardiac drips: Cardizem, Amiodarone
Insulin & Heparin drips
 – Training available; no manager approval needed
Rhythm strip reading/interpretation (must be comfortable)
Trach care
Chest tube management
General Med-Surg skills: wound care, IVABX, drain/tube management, IV starts, central line management
