Description
Exciting Travel Opportunity for a RN Med Surg Tele-Charge in Bangor, Maine
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start: 12/23 start mandatory
- Shift: 4x12 Nights—48 hours guaranteed
Requirements:
- 2 years of RN Med Surg Tele experience
- RN State license or compact
- AHA BLS, NIHSS (preferred), EKG interpretation/ACLS (preferred)
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient assignments
- Monitor unit workflow, admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Serve as clinical resource for telemetry and med-surg patient care
- Respond to emergencies and support rapid response/code situations
- Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to policies
- Assist with staffing decisions and resolve unit issues during the shift
Travel Pay Package:
- Hourly: $29 | OT: $53
- Stipend: $1,246
- Weekly gross: $2,830 based on 48 hours
